Disha Patani, the Bollywood diva, is one of the fittest actresses in the country, This actress keeps giving body goals every time she appears on screen, at red carpet events or on Instagram. However, to maintain such a figure, she undergoes a very strict workout plan and diet. Moreover, she follows this with sincerity and discipline. On top of that, this actress promotes a healthy and active lifestyle that involves doing a lot of physical activity. Most people are left in awe after seeing the actress’s toned body day after day and are curious to know the secret behind it.

Workout

Disha Patani works out 6 days a week without fail. Moreover, she genuinely enjoys working out. This actress does various types of workouts such as dancing, gymnastics, weight training, kickboxing and so on. She often shares her workout videos on Instagram, giving a glimpse into her lifestyle

Diet

The actress follows a diet called intermittent fasting, which involves fasting or monitoring the period between each meal. Therefore, she claims to eat her breakfast late in the day. Moreover, she said that during intermittent fasting, she did not do weight training as her body felt weak.

Apart from this, she claims to eat the same meal every single day, from ingredients to recipes. However, she likes to indulge in whatever she wants to eat on Sundays. This typically includes a lot of sweets.

Breakfast

For breakfast, she prefers simple eggs and a diet.

Lunch

Lunch includes foods rich in protein and good carbs. Apart from this, she also likes to have vegetables on the side.

Dinner

Her dinner is somewhat the same as her Lunch, a protein and carb-rich meal. Apart from this, she also mentioned that she does not indulge in snacking throughout the day which tends to fill her up. On top of that, she reveals that she has 3- 4 meals a day.
