Skincare Tips: Kriti Sanon unveils her holy-grail secrets to supple skin, check out

Many Bollywood celebs have spoken about the importance of a good skincare routine. To get the flawless makeup look, good skin is a must. Although many have undergone professional treatments and even surgeries, a good skincare routine goes a long way. Kriti Sanon, the National Award-winning actress has always believed in at-home care instead of opting for cosmetic surgeries. This gorgeous actress has recently started her YouTube channel where she shares her skincare routine with the world. Moreover, she shared some important tips that she always follows when dealing with skincare.

Kriti Sanon’s skincare routine

Kriti Sanon follows the simple mantra of CTM. This is Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. Cleansing involves washing your face with a mild cleanser that removes all the dirt and oil from the skin. Toning is the next step, where using a toner helps balance the PH level of the skin, which reduces many skin issues and preps the skin for the next step, Moisturizer. Moisturizer is important to retain the skin’s moisture for it to stay supple and soft. The moisturizer also helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles in the long run. Kriti Sanon prefers using a hydrating moisturizer that gives back the hydration that was removed by the cleanser and toner.

Importance of sunscreen

Kriti Sanon also spoke about the importance of sunscreen which is a must-wear every day. Sunscreen protects the delicate skin against the harsh rays of the sun, which can cause fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and hyperpigmentation. Moreover, it could also enhance the existing pigmentation and dark spots. Apart from that, the UV rays can be harmful to the skin which may even cause skin cancer. A good sunscreen with an SPF of 30 to 50 is advised by dermatologists.

Other Tips

Kriti also believes in putting DIY homemade masks to rejuvenate skin. Instead of spending so much money going to a salon, she prefers using natural ingredients in the kitchen for the same glow

She also never goes to sleep with her makeup on. Makeup seeps into your pores and causes breakouts if not removed before sleep, as sleep is the time when the skin cells turnover.

She also stresses washing hands before touching your face.
