Jr NTR, on the other hand, was unable to do so because he was in the United States. Tarak then called Rao’s son Ravi Babu via video and asked him to remain strong during these trying times.

Chalapathi Rao, a staple of the Telugu film industry, died on December 24 in Hyderabad. Kalyan Ram, Ram Charan, and Nata Simham Balakrishna were among those who expressed their condolences to the actor. Jr NTR, who is currently in the United States, reached out to Rao’s son Ravi Babu through video call to express his condolences.

Chalapathi Rao played pivotal roles in a number of Telugu classics. Among his best films are Yamagola, Doctor Babu, Vetagadu, and Ninne Pelladata. He appeared in Sr NTR’s Daana Veera Soora Karna, widely regarded as one of the best Indian films of all time. Vinaya Vidheya Rama, Ruler, and the Nagarjuna-led Bangarraju are among his latest features.
