Vicky Kaushal addresses the clash of Animal and Sam Bahadur

Vicky Kaushal attended an interview with Indian Express and he talked about the simultaneous release of Sam Bahadur and Animal. He vanished the rumours of change in release date of his film Sam Bahadur. He answered the question in a cricket analogy. He said, “When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won’t say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema.”

Vicky elaborated on his comparison, saying that both strategies are important, much like in cricket, where one player may aim for big hits while the other systematically collects singles to keep the strike going. When asked which movie would be breaking records and which would concentrate on singles, Vicky replied, “The audience will decide.”
