Scam 2003 trailer: Following the popularity of Scam 1992, Sony LIV is launching the latest web series about another scam in our country. The web series, titled ‘Scam 2003: The Telgi Story,’ will premiere on Sony LIV in September. On August 5, the makers of this upcoming web series posted a teaser, and viewers were excited to witness one of India’s largest scams. Scam 1992 was released on October 9, 2020, and it made ripples on the internet with its outstanding performance. Now, makers unveiled a new trailer for Scam 2003 and it showcased the main character from the web series.
Scam 2003 trailer: Gagan Dev Riar transforms into stamp counterfeiter
Hansal Mehta is back again with another biographical thriller after Scam 1992. This film will feature the story of the 2003 stamp paper scam which was done by stamp counterfeiter Abdul Karim Telgi. The trailer gives glimpses of Telgi’s journey, ideology and his heart-winning dialogues. Gagan Dev Riar is playing the lead role in this web series and he is leaving a lasting impact with his charm and remarkable acting. The audience is excited to witness one of the biggest scams in our country. This biographical thriller will showcase the scam of Rs 30,000 crore.

About Scam 2003
Sony LIV’s upcoming web series is based on Abdul Karim Telgi’s stamp paper scam and reportedly the series will feature Gagan Dev Riar, Aniruddh Roy, Vishal C. Bhardwaj, and Satyam Srivastava in pivotal roles. The series is directed by Hansal Mehta and Tushar Hiranandani.
