Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakre is the New captain of the house; Shalin Bhanot the Mastermind?

Bigg Boss 16: The reality show is known for its difficult and mind-boggling captaincy and nomination tasks. Every week, Bigg Boss changes the captain of the house. In the latest episode, Sajid Khan’s captaincy has been ended, and Bigg Boss has given the contestants a task. The contestants had to choose the new captain of the house. Shiv Thakare became the captain for the second time. However, Shalin Bhanot, Tina Datta, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, Archana Gautam, and Soundarya Sharma weren’t able to participate in the task as they had lost the recent task given by Bigg Boss. Shiv Thakare, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, and Abdu Rozik were the competitors for the captaincy.

Bigg Boss 16: Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia breaks the rule

Bigg Boss assigned the task for the contestants who aren’t able to be captain. He announcded that hey can control the contestants who are in the captain’s race. They will enter the demonic skull and order the contestant to do whatever they want. The contestant has to do it to be in the race for captaincy. Sajid Khan was the operator of the task, and he can cancel any order that is given to the captaincy claimant contestant. Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was disqualified for breaking the rule as she plugged off the in-ear twice during the task.

After completing the tasks given by the other housemates, Abdu and Shiv were the contenders for captaincy. Shalin Bhanot, Soundarya Sharma, and Tina Datta had to choose between them, and they chose Shiv Thakare to be the captain of the house. Tina and Soundarya agree with Abdu but Shalin convinces them easily. After that, Shiv Thakare becomes the captain of the house for the second time.
