Alkaline water is the same as water but contains a different PH level due to several minerals present in it. Here are a few health benefits of Alkaline water.

Alkaline water has a very less acidic nature. Therefore, this helps the bone stay healthy as it thrives in an alkaline environment. Moreover, the various minerals present in it, such as potassium and magnesium are beneficial for the bones

Alkaline water can be regulated by decreasing oxidative stress and has anti-inflammatory properties that help regulate blood pressure. Moreover, it hydrates the body, which further helps with this. Not only does it regulate blood pressure, but it also helps maintain insulin and cholesterol.
