Health Tips: Katrina Kaif is one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. However, her toned body is not God-given, but something she works very hard on. From a rigorous workout to a disciplined diet, she does everything. Moreover, she likes to stay healthy not only to look good but to also feel young. On top of that, she likes to do various trendy exercises. Check out her age-reversing fitness mantras


Katrina Kaif loves to do pilates over other exercise forms. It keeps her body sculpted and toned while keeping her upper body strong. Her pilates trainer is Yasmin Karachiwala, a celebrity trainer. Not only Katrina, but many other actresses such as Janhvi Kapoor also liked Pilates. Pilates also are known to have long-term body health benefits as it keeps the joints healthy and facilitates better posture overall.


Twice a week, she likes to do yoga that focuses on the fat reduction on her waist. Suryanamaskara has been a big part of her life. Yoga helps with a holistic wellness of the body that heals the body while relaxing the mind

Diet practices

Apart from spending time working out, she is also conscious about the kind of food she consumes for overall better health. Therefore, she likes to follow a balanced diet, as reported by her nutritionist, Shweta Shah. Moreover, her diet routine changes according to her body’s needs, making it a flexible diet.


She likes to start her morning with 8 raisins that have been soaked in water overnight. After that, she drinks a glass of ash guard juice that gives her energy without making her jittery like coffee. Not only that, on most days, she skips breakfast


For lunch, she likes to have mostly Asian food that includes, steamed fish with edamame or an Avocado salad. Apart from that she also likes to eat quinoa pancakes, lentil stews, lettuce wraps, zucchini noodles, and vegetable soups with drumsticks and broccoli.


Her dinner is the same. On a lot of days, she also cooks a lot of Indian food. Not only that, she does not snack in between her meals whatsoever.


She has cut out sugar from her diet in all ways. However, as a fan of sweets, she likes to have homemade date balls when she is stuck with cravings.
