Joker: Folie à Deux: Since its creators first revealed their plans, Joker: Folie Deux has been one of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2024. The Joker sequel, directed by Todd Phillips, stars Joaquin Phoenix in the lead role. On December 11, when the movie’s filming got underway, the creators sent fans a close-up picture of Joaquin in his Arthur Fleck appearance.

The musical drama Joker: Folie Deux, which will star Joaquin Phoenix as the title character, will also include Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn. Phillips released a close-up picture of Joaquin in character from the movie when it was still in production. Joaquin is seen in the photo sporting a vacant expression as an apparent orderly at the facility gives him a shave. Day 1. Our boy. #joker was written as the Instagram caption by the filmmaker. Joaquin Phoenix’s sister Rain Phoenix also remarked on the same with a shock emoticon as fans couldn’t get enough of the powerful first glance.

All About Joker Sequel
The Joker sequel, in which Joaquin Phoenix reprises his role as Batman’s infamous antagonist, will make its theatrical premiere on October 4, 2024. Five years have passed since the debut of the first movie. The hit Joker from 2019 will be followed by a musical (the original was squarely a dark and gritty drama). The R-rated tentpole Joker was intended to be a standalone movie, but after it made more than $1 billion worldwide and won Phoenix an Oscar, a sequel seemed necessary. The Joker sequel’s narrative information have not yet been made public.
