Kartik Aaryan was questioned about signing a mass entertainment after every serious film. As Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzada released this Friday with Kriti Sanon playing the female lead, the famous Shehzada actor was questioned about his weird pattern of choosing films, saying ‘I’m playing cool with my film choices.’

Kartik saw the release of ‘Shehzada’ a mass entertainer film directed by Rohit Dhawan, this Friday which is his first release this year. Kartik in his latest interview says he’s “playing safe,” with his film choices. He adds, that he never thought of following any pattern by choosing a mass entertainment and then a serious film, but it was his conscious decision to do a blend of a dark thriller, and a romantic thriller like Freddy, and all of a sudden switch to sign a film as massive as “Shehzada”.

Kartik Says, I’m just ‘playing safe’ with my film choices
The ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ actor, who is doing a different variety of films now, is often questioned if he is following a pattern in his career by choosing one serious and then one mass entertainment film. The actor says, ‘Maybe, next is serious, or a serious love story. I am just playing safe with my film choices. Although I didn’t think of it to be like this, honestly there was not a thought that which film will come after this or which will come after that. It was a conscious decision to do such films, the choice of scripts coming to me made me sign such films.
