Jin Military Enlistment: WWH gets buzz cut, says ‘cuter than I imagined’

Jin Military Service: BTS member Jin, also known as Kim Seok Jin, is prepared to begin his South Korean military service. Before joining the army, the artist shared photographs of himself on the Weverse fan group wearing his most recent outfit in accordance with military regulations. He opted for a buzz cut with very short hair and was dressed simply in a black T-shirt.

The musician released a picture of his fresh buzzcut on Weverse. “Cuter than I imagined,” he wrote while wearing a plain black t-shirt.

The BTS member took to his Weverse handle to advise his supporters not to visit the training facility on December 13, when it is expected that Jin would be recruited. Army cannot visit the training facility, he wrote. In addition to me, there are several other people here, making the situation potentially dangerous. I cherish you, Army.

Jin’s Military Enlistment

Kim Seok Jin said last month that he would be enlisting on December 13. The singer for Astronaut will be at the recruit training facility in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do, where he will undergo a five-week training, according to South Korean news agency Yonhap. He will be assigned to the army’s front-line unit after completing his training. He will complete his tasks for 18 months in total, and RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will follow him eventually. The gang won’t meet again until 2025 after completing their required military service.

Jin’s agency Big Hit Music announced the news of Jin’s military service a few days ago and wrote, “Jin will fulfil his required time with the military by enlisting in the army. Please note that we will not be holding any kind of official event on the day of his recruitment. In order to prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, we ask fans to please refrain from visiting the site.”
