While Nora Fatehi wants to marginalize herself from the case, the facts cannot be ignored that she is among the celebs who have taken gifts from the conman Sukesh Chandrashekar and now she simply wants to stay a witness of this case. Recently, Jacqueline Fernandez’s lawyer had given a strong rebuttal to Nora Fatehi’s false and weightless allegations. The court has not taken cognizance of the case Nora Fatehi has filed, which makes her accusation silly and ridiculous.

Explaining how investigation is not defamation, Jacqueline’s lawyer says “It is shocking that Nora Fatehi has filed a defamation on media as well as Jacqueline Fernandez, yesterday, while the entire case is still under investigation. Saying something to competent authorities during an ongoing investigation is not defamation”. He further added “It’s not as if Jacqueline has given media quotes or held any press conference in this matter. She has only cooperated throughout the investigation and is fighting her case. Since the case is an ongoing investigation, Jacqueline has maintained a very dignified silence on the issue”.
