After getting married to businessman Sohael Kathuriya on December 4, actress Hansika Motwani published her first post. On Monday, Hansika shared a photo on her Instagram Stories showing her hand to her fans. Hansika held her hands together in the close-up photo as she exhibited her mehendi, wedding ring, and chooda (red bangles worn by new brides). In the picture, Hansika had her arms propped up on an off-white sheet. Hansika tagged Sohael and added a red heart emoji to her post, despite not captioning it.
Hansika Motwani and Sohael tied the knot on Sunday
On Sunday, Hansika and Sohael exchanged vows in a private ceremony at Jaipur’s Mundota Fort and Palace. There were friends and family members present for the wedding festivities. Hansika chose a crimson lehenga for the important occasion, while Sohael wore a cream sherwani. On social media, a number of fan accounts posted videos and images of the pair during the ceremony.
After a Mata Ki Chowki in Mumbai, the bride and husband travelled to Jaipur for more celebrations. They held a Sufi night, an all-themed pre-wedding party, a haldi ceremony, and a mehendi ceremony.

Hansika made her television debut in the hit programme Shaka Laka Boom Boom as a well-known young performer. Alongside Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta, she appeared in the hit movie Koi Mil Gaya. She made her acting debut in the Telugu film Desamuduru, directed by Puri Jagannadh.
