Cannes 2023: Bollywood beauties Sara Ali Khan and Mrunal Thakur set hearts aflutter with their stunning looks, see pics

Cannes Film Festival: Indian celebrities slayed  the 76th Cannes Film Festival, with prominent appearances by Mrunal Thakur and Sara Ali Khan. Mrunal Thakur took to social media to share pictures of her first-day look at the festival. Similarly, Sara Ali Khan showcased her beautiful white saree designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.

Mrunal Thakur’s Cannes Debut

Mrunal Thakur, along with several other Bollywood celebrities, is making her first appearance at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The actress made her debut in an ensemble consisting of a black bodysuit, sheer pants, and a sequin jacket.

Her black bodysuit showcased spaghetti straps, a deep sweetheart neckline, a backless element, and high-leg cut-outs. Complementing the bodysuit were black pants adorned with delicate lace embroidery, featuring a transparent design, a fitted upper section, a flared lower section, and an ankle-length hem.

Mrunal Thakur took to social media and posted images of her first-day look at the Cannes Film Festival, accompanied by the following caption, “I didn’t come this far to only come this far. #YesICannes. Ready to take on the @festivaldecannes experience. Join me on this glamorous little journey #StayTuned.” Her jacket and pants are from the shelves of designer Dhruv Kapoor’s label, and the bodysuit is by Studio Verandah.

Sara’s saree look at Cannes 

Making her debut at the French Riviera, Sara Ali Khan graced the Cannes Film Festival wearing a beautiful white saree designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The young actress shared her latest pictures on Instagram, captioning it with a playful twist: “I guess you Cannes do it again.” The images captured Sara on a staircase, highlighting the saree’s long drapes.

 

In other photos, she showcased a black and white sequined halter blouse paired with a matching necklace. Sara opted for an elegant bun hairstyle that accentuated her overall look. Many fans even drew comparisons between Sara and her grandmother, veteran actor Sharmila Tagore, known for her regal appearances in Indian traditional attire.
