Together with her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya, she bought the lavish house from renowned actor Mural Mohan. It has been claimed that they then sold the house to Mural. Murali revealed that Samantha had bought the house back for herself and was currently live there in an interview afterward. It appears that this home costs around Rs 1 crore when inflation is taken into account.
Samantha has many ventures besides acting
Aside from acting, Samantha collaborates with her friends to operate two to three enterprises. In addition, she is the owner of the play centre Ekam Early Learning Center and the clothing firm Saaki. Even so, she helps young patients from low-income families by funding their medical treatment and procedures through a philanthropic foundation she runs.
Since learning about her autoimmune disease, myositis, Samantha has not been very active. The actress was last seen in the movie ‘Yashoda.’ She will next feature in the movie Shaakuntalam along with Dev Mohan shortly. Additionally, she will be seen in the Kushi, a movie with Vijay Deverakonda. Taapsee Pannu mentioned Samantha would star in a movie that she would produce in an interview in July of this year regarding her work in Bollywood.
Why did Samantha opt for a break
Recently, a rumour regarding her health problems arose, claiming that she intends to take a significant break from performing until she fully heals. The actress may only be able to resume filming for her Bollywood films by May 2023, according to “unforeseen circumstances,” as later explained by her team. Even though she will begin filming for her upcoming romantic drama, Kushi, in January, she won’t start working again on any other Hindi movies until maybe April or May.

As per reports, Samantha’s spokesperson told, “Samantha is taking rest at present. She is going to participate in the shooting of the Kushi post-Sankranthi in January. After that, she will continue with her Bollywood project. We had given dates for the Hindi movie from January. But due to unforeseen circumstances, the shootings of the films may be delayed by about six months. So now she will only be able to participate in the shooting of her Hindi film from April or May. According to the earlier plans, the shoot for Samantha’s Bollywood film will start in January, and the dates were also allocated accordingly.”
