Bhumi’s diet plan layout

When it comes to the standard three-tier meal for every day, Bhumi makes sure not to miss even a single one. She begins her day with a glass of hot water for detox, which is followed by her grand American breakfast. It comprises two egg white omelets with whole-wheat bread and any fruit. Fruits are a mandatory part of her diet. In her lunch, Bhumi prefers to eat traditional home-cooked meals like chapatti and green veggies. For dinner, the actress prefers to have a salad bowl along with some nuts and fruits. All in all, her diet is richly comprised of fiber-rich foods.

Staying hydrated is the key

Like many other celebrities and fitness icons, Bhumi also suggests staying hydrated all the time at all costs. Drinking a minimum of 7 glasses of water each day is a must. Apart from that, certain juices like cucumber juice can be added to your diet. Bhumi prefers to add some lemon and mint to her water which is very good in detoxifying the body and also improves digestion.

Stay away from sugars

Sugar is widely known as a slow poison. Many of the health-related issues arise due to heightened calorie intake, the major portion of which comes from consuming sugary eatables. It was a pivotal decision for Bhumi being deeply fond of desserts to give up on her sugar intake. Instead of that, she started taking dishes made with natural sweeteners like coconut sugars, maple syrup, and stevia. But even these must be consumed in moderation, as it is said, excess of anything can be harmful.
