Bhumi’s diet plan layout

When it comes to the standard three-tier meal for every day, Bhumi makes sure not to miss even a single one. Fruits are a mandatory part of her diet. In her lunch, Bhumi prefers to eat traditional home-cooked meals like chapatti and green veggies. Staying hydrated is the key

Like many other celebrities and fitness icons, Bhumi also suggests staying hydrated all the time at all costs. Drinking a minimum of 7 glasses of water each day is a must. Apart from that, certain juices like cucumber juice can be added to your diet. Bhumi prefers to add some lemon and mint to her water which is very good in detoxifying the body and also improves digestion.
