On Tuesday, on the occasion of Independence day Vivek Agnihotri shared the glimpse of his upcoming movie “The Vaccine War: A True Story” on Instagram and revealed the release date. He posted a short video of a lab to give a little preview. The movie will now be released on 28th September 2023, earlier it was scheduled to release in August.
‘The Kashmir Files’ director wrote, “DATE ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear friends, your film The Vaccine War: A True Story will release worldwide on the auspicious day of 28th September 2023. Please bless us.”

In June 2023, the renowned filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri disclosed that he started working on the final part of his upcoming movie. ‘The Vaccine War’ is based on real events when the whole world was fighting the global pandemic Corona. ‘The Vaccine War’ boasts an impressive cast including Nana Patekar, Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi and others. Earlier, people speculated that the release date was changed from August 15 to October 24, which is also the day of Dussehra.
