RRR has been actively pursuing the Oscars. The movie has been making waves in the West and has received adoration from the public. In the midst of this, Variety has now projected that the magnum opus would be nominated for the 2023 Golden Globe Awards in two important categories.
The newspaper anticipated that RRR will be nominated for both the non-English language feature and best picture (comedy) categories. On Monday, there will be an announcement of the award nominees. The story of two rebels who face up against the power of the British Empire is told in the 1920s Indian film RRR, starring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR. The movie followed Baahubali: The Conclusion as Rajamouli’s second straight production to gross over Rs 1000 crore globally.
Rajamouli, the film’s director, has just received a significant award from the New York Film Critics Circle. The Atlanta Picture Critics Circle also recognized the movie as the best foreign film. “I am really pleased that our film RRR has received the Saturn Award in the Best International Picture category,” Rajamouli said after the film earned the Best International Film honor at the 50th Saturn Awards.
