Dharmendra: The legendary actor Dharmendra spent his 87th birthday with a puja at home, according to a joint post from Bobby Deol and his nephew Karan Deol. Dharmendra, wearing a shirt and trousers and a garland around his neck, is pictured sitting in front of the holy fire. With Bobby and Karan seated on either side, he is seen holding hands.
Bobby and Karan posted the photo on their individual Instagram accounts with the caption, “So blessed to be your son and grandson. Happy Birthday Bade papa @aapkadharam.”

Several Bollywood stars wished Dharmendra on birthday
In the comments section, actor Vatsal Sheth shared his “happiest birthday” greeting. Rajniesh Duggall said, “Happy happy birthday to the legend/ the OG superhero.” Responding to the photo, several fans also wished Dharmendra for his birthday. The veteran actor has been a part of numerous hit films throughout his career and is one of the pioneers of acting.
“Happy birthday papa. Love you.” Esha Deol wished in the caption of a photo she posted on her Instagram Stories of Dharmendra when he was younger. She was spotted on Wednesday during the Salaam Venky screening.

On Twitter, Ajay Devgn sent his best wishes to Dharmendra. “Dearest Dharamji,” he wrote alongside a photo of him. “Dearest Dharamji. Happy birthday Sir. You are my neighbour & my favourite. And you continue to rock. Lots of love & warm wishes. Ajay.” Replying to which, Dharmendra said, “Jeetey raho Ajay, you are my loving neighbour and I am your loving uncle. Love you always.”

Dharmendra upcoming movie
Dharmendra will now be seen in the upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ which is directed by Karan Johar. Along with Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan, the movie also features Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and Jaya. The movie is scheduled to release on 28th of April, 2023.
