Box Office Collection: Shahrukh Khan’s latest Jawan has been creating history since its release. This Indian film amassed fans all over the world, ranking number one in many countries. This is a testament to the undying Shahrukh Khan fever that the entire nation holds. Not only Shahrukh Khan, this movie has the country’s other biggest stars such as Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone. Moreover, Atlee did not settle about the crew either, with Anirudh Ravichander’s music composition and some of the world’s best stunt directors choreographing the stunt. None of the effort went in vain as the film managed to create history even before its release.
Jawan creates history throughout the week
Creating a history with advance ticket bookings for its opening day, the film created a record for becoming the film with the second most pre-bookings in the history of Indian cinema, Moreover, the film made Rs 75 crore on its 1st day in India, and a total of Rs 129 crore worldwide. On day 2, the film made 53 crore nationwide. However, the film went on a hike again on the weekends, making 77 crore on Saturday and a whopping 81 crore on Sunday. The weekend shows took the movie to the next level, amassing almost 300 crore mark. However, on Monday the movie finally crossed the 300 mark and became the fastest movie to reach this mark. It even crossed 500 crore worldwide.

On day 6, the movie earned Rs 26.5 crore in India, with a total collection standing at Rs 345.58 crore in India, with an overall occupancy of 21.75% in Hindi. However, the movie crossed the 600 crore mark on Tuesday, as revealed by trade analyst, Ramesh Bala. The movie going steady, making an average of 100 crores per day, worldwide. Jawan, released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, is currently playing in theatres nationwide.
